1. Stabilize Combustion Process

Accurately control the fuel-air ratio to ensure complete combustion and prevent temperature fluctuations caused by unburned gases. Adjust the burner dynamically in response to load changes to optimize flame shape and stability. Adopt advanced combustion control systems to maintain stable flame temperature and profile.

2. Optimize Feed Rate Control

Ensure continuous and uniform feeding into the rotary kiln to avoid sudden temperature changes caused by uneven or unstable feed rates. Implement automatic control systems to adjust feed rate in real time based on kiln internal temperature, maintaining stable thermal conditions.

3. Improve Kiln Gas Flow Control

Maintain uniform gas distribution inside the kiln to avoid local temperature variations caused by uneven airflow. Optimize the design of the kiln inlet preheating system to enhance gas-material heat exchange efficiency and ensure uniform heating of materials.

4. Real-time Temperature Monitoring and Closed-loop Adjustment
