This set of equipment is currently located in Gansu Province, China.It was previously used mainly for the production of ceramsite sand.The refractory bricks inside the rotary kiln have been completely removed.The kiln is without a kiln head cover and kiln tail cover; both covers were damaged during the removal of refractory bricks by a small excavator and are no longer usable.All other accessories are in good condition.According to infrared flaw detection, the wear on the tyres and supporting rollers is relatively minor and can be re-machined on a lathe if required.The motor and reducer can run normally when powered on.The ovality of the kiln shell meets the Chinese national standards.

• Kiln Tires / Riding Rings and Support Rollers: Inspected via infrared and ultrasonic testing. Minor wear observed; can be further machined on a lathe if necessary.

• Drive System: Electric motor and gearbox operate normally when powered.

•Fuel Type (original operation): Coal, natural gas, or oil (can be adapted depending on future use).
