How to Ensure Uniform Airflow Distribution in a Zinc Oxide Rotary Kiln

1. Reasonably design air inlets to ensure proper position and size for sufficient oxygen supply and uniform air entry into the kiln. 2. Adopt multi-point air intake to disperse airflow and avoid local overheating or overcooling. 3. Install guide plates or baffle plates inside the rotary kiln to direct airflow and improve distribution uniformity. 4. Adjust the burner position according to material distribution and movement to ensure even heat distribution. 5. Use a gas mixing device before the air inlet to achieve full mixing of fuel and combustion-supporting air. 6. Optimize the exhaust system to ensure effective waste gas discharge and stable kiln pressure without fluctuations.
