    Product Introduction

    This Second-hand tunnel kiln is a high-quality industrial kiln equipment manufactured in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. It was fully designed, constructed and commissioned by a local professional kiln manufacturing team. Relying on Zhengzhou’s mature industrial manufacturing chain and strict production standards, every procedure from preliminary drawing design and raw material selection to later construction and assembly is under strict control. The steel structural profiles, refractory and thermal insulation materials, as well as temperature control components adopted are all high-quality products in the industry. With exquisite construction technology and solid and stable structure, it is a mature kiln equipment that can stand the test of long-term production. The kiln is being transferred only because the original manufacturer plans to upgrade its production capacity and replace it with a larger-scale kiln production line, not due to quality problems or equipment wear and tear. The whole equipment is in as-new condition with short actual operating hours, no major failures, no structural damage, and no problems such as refractory lining peeling off, temperature control system failure or transmission jamming. Before transfer, we have organized a professional technical team to conduct comprehensive inspection and maintenance on the equipment, including calibrating temperature control parameters one by one, checking kiln body sealing, maintaining transmission parts and cleaning ash accumulated in flues. After all-round debugging, all performances have been restored to the optimal state. Most small and medium-sized factories can quickly complete equipment installation only by finishing the foundation and supporting pipeline laying without large-scale site reconstruction.     For the second-hand transshipment and delivery of the whole tunnel kiln, we have abandoned the scattered transportation mode and launched a professional and hassle-free one-stop integrated packaging and transportation service. The whole process is operated on-site by an experienced technical team to maximize the integrity of equipment components and the accuracy of subsequent assembly. Firstly, scientific disassembly will be carried out according to the kiln structure, dividing the whole into five core modules: main steel structure frame, refractory lining module, intelligent temperature control electric control system, kiln car transmission device, gas pipeline and smoke exhaust system. During disassembly, each component and interface will be clearly numbered and marked, sorted and organized to avoid confusion or loss of parts, laying a foundation for rapid subsequent assembly. After disassembly, targeted protective packaging is adopted for components with different characteristics: the steel structure frame is fully wrapped with thickened moisture-proof film and then repackaged.
