2. On‑site inspection & assessment: Survey equipment condition, operability, corrosion status and on‑site hoisting conditions, then offer an on‑site quotation (comparing quotations from at least 2‑3 suppliers is recommended)
3. Sign a recycling contract, clarifying the total price, payment schedule, safety liabilities and removal deadline
4. Dismantling construction: The recycler assigns certified personnel for equipment disassembly, cutting and hoisting (special‑equipment dismantling requires special qualifications)

6. Site clearance: Waste materials shall be transported away and the plant site handed over.
Core Contract Clauses (Key Risk Prevention)
1. Payment terms: Agree on advance deposit and full settlement upon completion of loading as priority. Beware of excessively high bait quotations, price deduction or final‑payment default after loading.
2. Safety liabilities: All safety accidents occurring during dismantling, hoisting and transportation shall be fully borne by the recycler, which shall be stated clearly in the contract.
3. Environmental‑protection liabilities: Hazardous wastes, waste oil and sludge shall be disposed of in compliance with regulations by the recycler, and subsequent environmental‑protection liabilities shall not be traced to the original factory.
4. Subject‑matter scope: Attach a signed Appendix of Equipment List, specifying exactly which items are included for recycling and which are excluded, to prevent unauthorized removal of extra items during loading.
5. As‑is delivery: State clearly that equipment is delivered on an as‑is basis. The recycler has inspected equipment conditions and shall not reduce the transaction price afterwards on the grounds of equipment faults.
6. Removal schedule: Set a deadline for equipment removal and liquidated damages for overdue delivery.
Pre‑sale Preparations before Selling Factory Equipment
1. Inventory check: Compile an equipment list marked with brand, model and service life; take photos or videos for filing
2. Ownership verification: Confirm no mortgage, seizure or ownership disputes over the equipment
