    This used 4m³ dry mortar production line is a complete, fully automatic set for producing masonry mortar, tile adhesive, putty powder and other dry mortar products. Equipped with a twin-shaft paddle mixer, high-precision weighing system, dust removal device, automatic packaging and silo system, it features stable mixing, accurate batching and environmentally friendly operation.

    The line was put into use in Zhengzhou, Henan in 2019, with stable daily operation and regular maintenance, no major failures, and remains in excellent working condition. It is idle only because the original factory upgraded to a larger production line, not due to quality or performance issues.

    Product Introduction

    This complete set of used 4-cubic-meter dry mortar production line is a proven and reliable main equipment in the building materials industry, specially designed for continuous and large-scale production of cement-based mortars, tile adhesives, caulking agents, putty powder and other dry powder mixtures. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized building material manufacturers to balance production capacity and site occupation. The line is equipped with a 4m³ twin-shaft paddle mixer, which can achieve uniform mixing of each batch of materials in only 3 to 5 minutes, ensuring stable and consistent product quality. It is also equipped with a high-precision electronic weighing system for accurate metering of raw materials such as cement, quartz sand, fly ash and additives, with a weighing accuracy of ±0.5%, which can strictly meet the formula requirements of various dry powder building materials, stably adapting to products from ordinary masonry mortar to special waterproof mortar. Fully automated screw conveyors and bucket elevators realize dust-free and closed conveying of raw materials and finished products, which not only reduces labor handling costs, but also effectively improves the safety and cleanliness of the working environment, avoiding environmental pressure caused by dust overflow.

    The production line integrates complete supporting facilities, forming a closed-loop operation from raw material pretreatment to finished product delivery. The front end is equipped with a raw material screening and drying module, which can dry and remove impurities from wet sand to ensure stable moisture content of raw materials before mixing. The middle section is equipped with a pulse bag dust removal system covering all dust points of the whole production line including feeding, mixing and packaging, realizing emission up to standard. The finished product storage area at the back end is equipped with stainless steel finished product silos and automatic valve port packaging lines, which can adapt to 25-50kg bag specifications, and can also be optionally equipped with robot palletizing equipment and winding film packaging machines to facilitate efficient loading and delivery, while reducing finished product damage and labor consumption. The PLC-based central control console is equipped with an HMI touch screen, supporting one-key start and stop, real-time data monitoring and multi-formula management. The operation interface is intuitive and friendly, allowing new operators to get started quickly, and it is reserved with data interfaces for convenient connection with enterprise production management systems in the later stage.

    This equipment was installed and put into production in Zhengzhou, Henan Province in 2019, originating from a well-known domestic building material manufacturer. Previously, it mainly served the dry mortar market in Zhengzhou and surrounding cities, with a cumulative operating time of about 32,000 hours and an annual stable output of 80,000 to 100,000 tons, without any major failures during use. Daily maintenance was carried out in strict accordance with the equipment manual, with a comprehensive overhaul every six months and replacement of wearing parts every year. Core components such as mixer paddles, reducer gears and weighing sensors are all within their normal service life, and the operating condition has always been excellent. The main reason for selling this production line is that the original manufacturer has completed capacity upgrading and built a new 10-cubic-meter fully automatic production line. This 4-cubic-meter equipment is idle due to mismatched production capacity, not because of failures or performance problems. After shutdown, the equipment has undergone comprehensive cleaning, derusting maintenance and third-party testing, and all systems have passed no-load and on-load trial operation, ready for immediate production.
