In the bauxite crushing process, the machine adopts the mature working principle of jaw crushers: the movable jaw plate performs periodic reciprocating motion, creating combined extrusion, shear and grinding forces with the fixed jaw plate. Bauxite raw ore is evenly fed into the crushing chamber from the feed opening and quickly crushed to the required size by the strong forces between the two jaw plates. The crushing process is smooth and continuous, producing finished materials with uniform size and good particle shape, which fully meets the raw material requirements for subsequent bauxite smelting and deep processing. In addition, the wear-resistant parts of the equipment are optimized according to the characteristics of bauxite, reducing abrasion during long-term operation and extending service life.

We have completely replaced the motor oil with brand-new oil to ensure smooth and loss-free motor operation. All wearing parts, including jaw plates, bearings, liners and pressure blocks, have been replaced with new high-quality components. The core crushing part — the jaw plate — is made of wear-resistant high manganese steel, greatly improving durability in subsequent crushing. The frame has been fully cleaned, derusted and repainted, presenting a clean and brand-new appearance without rust or deformation. The electrical circuits and control cabinet have been inspected and repaired one by one to ensure smooth wiring and sensitive control. After multiple test runs, the machine runs stably without noise or abnormal vibration, and its crushing performance is fully restored to the original factory standard. With performance comparable to a new machine but at a much lower cost, it is an ideal choice for overseas customers to start production with low investment.
